Oh boy, that's a mess. Way too many lines, seams.The headlights look like they are smiling.
Looks like 4 cheese graters are staring at you.
If I wanted a 9-5 I'd run and buy the old one now.

It's certainly better looking than most refreshes I've seen as of late (BMW/Mercedes/Audi/Subaru). oneup from me.

it's better because the old on is just waayy out dated. The old face looks like its from 1995.

i prefer the new look, but it can't hide the fact that the car needs a complete redesign... i'd rather have the 9-3

Why does the new car remind me of a Cylon?The old one looks dated, yeah, but the new one is a bit over stylized. I don't hate the new one, it's only a bit over stylized. I would've kept the outer grilles separated from the lights and the lower one doesn't blend with the top one too well.
Of course, I've never bought a car for what it looks like. That doesn't make any sense to me. (OK, maybe a Karmann Ghia, but that's the only one, honest!)

I'm really anxious to see it from another angle -- it looks good now, but tacked on an 8 year old body it might lose some appeal. I want to see the tails as well. This definitely takes Saab in a little bit of a different direction -- I'm anxious to see how the 9-6 will follow.

Dont like the chrome....and it doesnt do anything for me. I really have to see more pics of it, head on shots are not that great.But too much going on IMO. And too many curves etc....just too aggresive
I dont love it....but dont hate it either. But since I dislike it more then I like it ....I voted hate it.

this is a FACE LIFTTTT there is some interior changes, some seating changes, all kinds of changes other than exterior look.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the chrome accent around the headlight...very different. I like it overall though!Any more pics?

looks alright, I think I like the look of the 9-3 front better than both of those, but the new one is diffenately better than the older 9-5 front.
