Thread: Projector Bi-xenon retrofit in Acura, where to get installed?

  1. 05-09-2009 01:26 AM #1
I'm wanting to install FX35 bi-xenon projectors in my Acura 1.6EL headlights. Anyone have experience, or knows someone, that does custom projector retrofits? I'll pay you for your time, I just want a quality install.

Pray to the gods that your headlights and wiring won't melt.

I have clear projectors, ballasts, bulbs and all out of an FX35 so I'm not really worried about wires melting.

none of that will actually help save your wiring or headlamp assemblies for the increased amperage draw, or bulb temperature....

Be careful, a local Gti burned to the ground from a retro fit like this.

It's another way of saying "I have a Civic."

Will a bixenon harness reduce the risk of melting wires?

The EL's weren't sold in the states but I bought it from a guy that moved from Canada.
